So I know I don’t really use this blog for much writing/creative purposes anymore like I used to, and now I just reblog a lot — so here is your chance to properly stalk me with a new creative endeavor!

This is my new blog, where I will be posting once a day about my life/day using both words and photos! Just posted my first entry — feel free to check it out and try to be the first person to follow me! So cool!
But seriously, I consider myself to be a creative person, and I used to love blogging as a creative outlet. So I wanted to challenge myself to do that once again with a fresh start, and today (the start of a new month AND the start of my life on my first day living in a new city) seemed like the perfect day.

20 minutes before a campus tour at Cal State Fullerton
Me: Hey, look to your left.
(Carly look over to see both of our grandparents sitting in chairs with their heads leaned back and eyes closed. At this point my grandma hears us laughing and leans over to me.)
Beverly: Are you laughing at me?
Me: Yes.
Beverly: You slept the whole way here. I didn’t.
Me: I know, Grams. You can sleep. It’s fine.
Beverly: Well, I won’t.
(A few minutes later…)
Me: Grams, you can go to sleep again. I won’t make fun of you.
Beverly: No, I won’t. I’ll just shut my eyes and rest my eyes (her eyes already closed at this point).
